October through May 14: Applications may be submitted to Rural Services office for inclusion in the petition process
May (mid month to end): Petition packets are prepared for Sponsor
June: Petitions are circulated for signatures and returned to Rural Services by deadline specified
August (early month): Public informational meeting for all affected property owners
October: Assembly public hearing on election requests
November (3rd Tuesday): Elections held
December: Elections results certified by the Assembly
